Brake/Clutch Assembly

The Brake/Clutch Assembly is used when quick and precise connection and disconnection is required and also when the working frequency is high.
The brake/clutch assembly is an electromagnetic disc type, with a static magnet type clutch on the input side of the unit and a brake on the other side.
The centrally located armature has a toothed hub that slides on it to engage and disengage the brake.
The unit is completely encapsulated so it can be used in humid or dusty environments without reducing its efficiency.
