The most compact, powerful and lightest, a basic element to save time and avoid injuries to the operator. An essential portable tool for operators to open and close industrial valves, avoiding the usual problems and efforts of manual operation. The operation is fast, efficient and safe.
Valves are often difficult to operate if not kept in good condition. It is common for them to deteriorate after long periods of time without being operated. Over the course of that time, the moving parts deteriorate due to the humidity conditions or corrosive environments common in these cases. If there is no timely maintenance, the lubrication dries out or deteriorates.
Each portable actuating tool is equipped with a mounting kit with heads and adapters to attach the actuating tool to the input shaft or valve flywheel conveniently and securely. In addition to this, the tool incorporates a reaction device design to absorb any torque load when the valve jams in opening or closing operation.
To meet all the needs in terms of working conditions present in the industry, the actuators are available in three drive modes: pneumatic, electric and with a gasoline engine. Pneumatic Actuators can work in complicated conditions in terms of temperature, avoiding heat, sparks and smoke. Those that run on gasoline are ideal for more isolated places and the electric ones have excellent autonomy and avoid fumes.
They are manufactured in a wide range of powers for use in the most rigorous environments.

PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS Pneumatic valve actuators are specially designed for portability; very compact, light and powerful. They offer a wide selection in terms of power and can be used in all types of environments, including those that are very demanding in terms of temperature. Available with ATEX II 2 GD c IIC T6 to T4 certificate; They can go to the blockage without generating heat, sparks or fumes.

ELECTRIC ACTUATORS Thanks to their long-lasting batteries, these electric valve actuators are portable and, at the same time, capable of delivering great power in work periods of more than 30 minutes. By not depending on an electrical outlet or compressed air network, they can operate freely anywhere.
They are extremely robust and have an integrated clutch system that protects the operator and the equipment, for example, when encountering a completely blocked valve. The power limiter (available in all standard and high-power models) and the torque limiter (available for lower-performance models) make it a tool adaptable to any configuration, with maximum safety for the user.
MAXIMUM TORQUE: 760 Nm
GASOLINE ACTUATORSPortable gasoline valve actuators can be used completely autonomously, the only limit is the available gasoline supply. Particularly suitable for use outdoors, in particularly isolated locations. They are extremely robust actuators, they have an integrated clutch system that protects the operator and the equipment, even if the valve is completely blocked.
