The “LC” range of intensifiers are electro-hydraulic groupsets designed to provide a basic on/off control system for MR, MX, GMX, GMR and VCS type spring applied hydraulic release brakes.
The basic hydraulic circuit essentially uses a single 2/2 poppet solenoid valve which, when deactivated, will start the brakes. The valve is designed so that the brake will be fully applied in the event of a power failure. The 0.075 liter accumulator is fitted as standard and is used to minimize the effect of pressure fluctuations and reduce pump cycling. It is equipped as standard with a pressure gauge.
